Non-Profit Policy
This only applies to Non-Profit organizations that are applying or currently applied with us receiving the non-profit discount.
  • Non-Profit Organizations that wish to receive discounts MUST have proof of any kind of Non-Profit Status.
  • Mayhew's Design will only give a Non-Profit Discount that has not been awarded twice.
  • Those who are awarded will have limitability regarding any Mayhew's Design specials. This will be stated on very special listed.
  • Non-Profit Organizations will still be able to receive “Refer a Friend” rebates. However the first rebate will only be deducted by your Non-Profit discount for each payment period. For example the rebate is $20.00 and your discount is 75%. Then you would only receive $5.00 for your first rebate in your payment period.
  • Mayhew's Design has the right to change any NP Discount at any time.
  • If your balance is not paid 90 days after the expiration date then your Non-Profit status and discount can be terminated, to prevent any cancellations you will need to talk to your account manager about the late payment issue.
  • NP Discount will not be applied to hosting charges. Design and Maintenance will have the NP Discount applied.
    • Maintenance will have a certain circumstance regarding how the NP Discount will be applied. Please refer to our maintenance plans for more information.
